We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to assist with the numerous tasks, issues, and requirements surrounding our ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in organizing, tracking, and driving activities related to ServiceNow operations, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that communication across teams remains clear and timely.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative — ensuring that testing, follow-ups, and updates are executed consistently and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting or coordinating within ServiceNow environments or similar ITSM platforms for 3 years or more.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, SDLC, Agile methodologies, process flowcharts, and workflow configuration.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable coordinating across international teams and time zones.
  • Experience in managing documentation (Confluence, Teams, or similar collaboration tools).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration or operations.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, user requirements documentation, and test coordination.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
