Role Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and IT requirements.
  • Develop ITSM and custom modules on the ServiceNow platform following best development practices.
  • Support and collaborate with other developers to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems.
  • Create technical design documents and develop unit test cases.
  • Implement ServiceNow HRSD and CSM modules.
  • Establish quality control standards; measure, monitor, and report performance against these standards.
  • Collaborate with the global ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow modules across all client global locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology/Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation or development, with at least three full-cycle ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change), including Asset, CMDB, and ITOM.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with various solutions (SaaS and external applications) using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaboration, analytical, and presentation abilities in a customer-focused, team-driven environment.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Desired
  • ITIL Certification – Desired
  • Other ServiceNow Certifications – Preferred
