Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service delivery for accounts assigned to the team. Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts by addressing requests within defined SLAs; typically, 3-6 projects or as needed. Conduct regular account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc. Identify business requirements, manage requirements, perform functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, training, define support procedures, lead work streams, and support implementations. Create functional requirements as input to Business Requirements Design. Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes. Drive test planning, execution, and optimization of support. Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements on-site and remotely. Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from mapping sessions to propose solutions for customer approval. Qualifications Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations. NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator. Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP. Familiarity with common NetSuite Suiteapps (Preferred). Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing a team of 3+ consultants across multiple engagements.
