Job Summary:

The On-Call Doctor will provide medical services during scheduled medical missions, ensuring quality patient care, accurate diagnosis, and appropriate treatment. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver primary healthcare services to underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients during medical missions.
  • Conduct physical examinations and prescribe appropriate medications.
  • Assist in minor procedures and emergency care as needed.
  • Collaborate with nurses, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and proper medication use.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records during the mission.
  • Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Be available on-call during the mission period for urgent medical needs.
  • Participate in pre-mission orientation and post-mission debriefings.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Medical Doctor (with valid PRC license).
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital or community setting preferred).
  • Experience in public health, primary care, or community medical missions is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments with limited resources.
  • Flexible, compassionate, and committed to serving communities in need.

Work Setup:

  • On-call/Project-based engagement.
  • Assigned to various medical mission sites nationwide.
  • Working hours depend on mission schedule and patient volume.
  • Can start asap
  • Location: Main Square, Bacoor City Cavite

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php3,500.00 per day
