Job Summary

The Admitting Staff is primarily responsible for the Data Gathering, Dissemination of General Hospital Policies, Room Assignment, HMO briefing, verification & coverage, Basic Patient Assessment/ Triage for proper admitting protocols, satisfying questions about queries, room rates/ amenities, follows through Doctor's Orders for patient's direct admission including diagnostics (radiology & laboratory), vital signs (height & weight), prime patient about possible hospital charges and fees of medical professionals. & other task such as cashier, billing, reception, on-call ushers and usherettes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year medical allied courses
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills
  • Highly dependable in matters of confidentiality
  • Customer service oriented
