The Medical Benefits Staff is primarily accountable for the evaluation and receiving of documents from the member/relative for the benefit availment and ensures an accurate computation of PhilHealth Deductions to all eligible members or patients. The position interrelates with patients and/ or relatives and other OLPMC employees involving matters on Philhealth policies and procedures. The position has direct interfaces with the departments such as Nursing Service Office, HMO, Billing, Cashier, Admitting Section, Health Information Management Department, and Doctors.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience as Frontline Personnel in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Knowledgeable with Excel and other Microsoft office software.
  • Preferably with ICD 10 training.
