Love in Faith — the largest Christian clothing brand in the world — is expanding our Creator & Partnership team.
We're looking for a Creator Relations & Partnership Outreach Coordinator to work directly with our CGO and Founder to build authentic relationships with top Christian creators while supporting ad activations and partnerships across TikTok Shop and Meta.
You'll bring the human touch that automation can't replicate — crafting personalized pitches, developing brand flyers with the design team, and connecting with creators across multiple channels (DMs, email, comments).
You'll also support in activating Partnership Ads on Meta — coordinating creator permissions, managing post IDs, and ensuring content is optimized for paid performance.
Core ResponsibilitiesManual Creator Outreach
- Research, identify, and directly contact top Christian and faith-based creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Craft custom, mission-driven pitches that resonate with each creator's audience and style.
- Bridge the gap between automated outreach (Euka / Reacher) and personalized relationship building.
- Track creator responses, seed shipments, and collaboration stages in Notion or CRM dashboards.
Creative Coordination
- Partner with the design team to develop custom brand flyers, media kits, and campaign decks for creator outreach.
- Ensure all outbound creative aligns with brand voice and communicates our message of faith and purpose.
- Curate creator content examples and case studies for internal team reference.
Partnership Ad Activation (Meta)
- Support in setting up and managing Partnership Ads (Meta Whitelisting) from approved creators.
- Coordinate access requests, post IDs, and ad permissions in Meta Business Manager.
- Work with the paid media team to optimize creator content for ROAS, thumbstop ratio, and engagement performance.
- Track the performance of whitelisted content and compile learnings for future collaborations.
Community Building
- Help build our VIP Creator Community — fostering deeper collaboration through giveaways, private groups, and shared campaigns.
- Assist the CGO and Founder in crafting partnership tiers, offers, and incentive structures.
- Support retention systems that keep high-performing creators engaged long-term.
- 1+ years experience in influencer outreach, partnership coordination, or creator management.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Meta Partnership Ads, and creator whitelisting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Partnership Ads and whitelisting processes is required.
- Proficient with Euka, Reacher, Notion, and basic design tools (Canva or Figma).
- Must be a regular user of Euka and Reacher or similar tools with demonstrated proficiency.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail — especially in personalized outreach.
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels (DMs, email, comments).
- Passion for faith-based brands and authentic community building.
