Who You Are

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support our venues' online presence and marketing needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, has an eye for design, and likes building engaging content on a consistent schedule.

What You'll Do​​​

  • Content Management: Create and manage content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Ensure all content reflects our brand voice and engages our audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and run online campaigns including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and email marketing. Track performance, analyze data, and optimize for results (traffic, leads, conversions).
  • Social Media: Manage our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Build a content calendar, create posts, engage with followers, and grow our community.
  • Brand Growth: Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy, help shape our brand story, and find creative ways to reach new customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a small business or startup setting.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across content, digital ads, and social media.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on ROI.
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
