Account Coordinator

Requirements:
• College graduate (any business, marketing, or related course).
• At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in telecom
or tech.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling both existing clients and new leads.
Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned telco accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure all client requirements are met.
• Monitor account health and proactively resolve any client concerns or escalations.
Lead Generation and New Business Development:
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads and potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and lead proposal development tailored to client needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate inbound
leads.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data using CRM tools.
Market & Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed on telco industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on telco products and solutions.
Salary Package: PHP 29,000 (13th month pay, government mandated benefits, HMO with insurance coverage)
