Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal memos
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
  • Maintain accurate databases and office records
  • Assist in compliance and audit documentation

Bidding & Procurement Duties:

  • Monitor bidding opportunities from government portals and private entities
  • Prepare, review, and compile bidding documents and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical, financial, and legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with procurement laws, bidding guidelines, and deadlines
  • Submit bids on time and track bidding results and status
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, awarded projects, and contracts
  • Assist in post-qualification and contract documentation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in administrative work and bidding/procurement processes preferred
  • Knowledge of government procurement procedures (RA 9184 is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
