QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of building facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Check and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches.
  • Replace or install electrical components when necessary.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards.
  • Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, faucets, toilets, and drainage lines.
  • Detect and fix water leaks or blockages to prevent damage to company property.
  • Maintain proper water flow and pressure throughout the facility.
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, cabinets, tables, and other fixtures.
  • Assist in minor construction or renovation projects.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office and facility furniture.
  • Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
  • Report any damaged or missing tools to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the maintenance area.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
  • Report potential safety hazards or facility issues to management.
  • Assist in implementing safety and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Support other departments during special projects or events.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Admin Department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
