Description

The Fleet Specialist is responsible for managing the company's vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance. This role oversees vehicle registration, insurance coverage, scheduling, and documentation. The specialist coordinates with internal departments and external providers to maintain fleet readiness, safety, and legal compliance, including handling annual registration, comprehensive insurance, and insurance claims.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Schedules and tracks vehicle assignments, usage, driver rotations, and mileage.
  • Maintains updated inventory of company vehicles, including specs, condition, and history.
  • Implements preventive maintenance and coordinates repairs with service providers.
  • Monitors maintenance costs and fuel consumption, analyzing trends to control expenses.
  • Manages fuel card reconciliation and tracks fuel usage.
  • Handles vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and insurance claims.
  • Keeps organized records of all fleet documents and compliance certificates.
  • Generates regular reports on fleet usage, costs, and insurance status.
  • Monitors fleet performance and advises on improvements or replacements.
  • Coordinates with drivers, departments, vendors, and consultants.
  • Provides driver guidance on vehicle care, safety, and documentation.

Education and Qualifications

  • With bachelor's degree or any four-year course, a degree in in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics coordination or any other relevant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferably with motorcycle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
