Operations Analyst Associate supporting finance reporting, asset management, and service operations in the NAM Zone Operations department. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Finance data cleansing and updating daily finance reports Monitoring service planner customer interaction FSR audit for Secure Power, Power System, and Industry business units Extraction of reports for Power Systems business unit Providing other duties as assigned by Service Excellence group Assisting with asset creation of 3rd party FSEs (Installation, Setup, Maintenance, PM) Backup support to purchase order specialist team, service fleet, and marketing group About You The company is looking for: Graduate of any Bachelor degree course Excellent written and communication skills Knowledge in advanced MS Excel Knowledge in Tableau (server, desktop) Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn new tools, software, and processes Ability to take direction and listen to business managers’ needs Ability to provide documentation and feedback on project requests and communicate problems or obstacles clearly Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of service scheduling process is a plus Location & Schedule Primary Location: PH-40-Cavite Schedule: Full-time Unposting Date: Ongoing How to Apply: Submit your application through the link from the company portal, ensuring all required information is included.
