Our Company:
- We're Rip Technologies, a fast-growing company that operates multiple lines of business:
Haus and Hues: Our flagship e-commerce brand, selling wall art and picture frames primarily on Upgrade to see actual info, but also across Etsy, Shopify, Target, Wayfair, Walmart, eBay, Michaels, Faire, and Flip.
Artelo: Our new print-on-demand software and service. It enables other e-commerce brands to use our production and shipping infrastructure. Artelo is live with a dozen customers and is our biggest opportunity for growth.

Catch-Up Project: Our books have not been maintained since April, so we need a two-month catch-up. The prior bookkeeper manually entered monthly summaries, so you'll need to review and verify those entries for accuracy.

Account Structure Audit: We want your guidance on improving our chart of accounts, especially as we scale Artelo and move deeper into SaaS.

Revenue & Reconciliation: Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation across multiple platforms. Some revenue is tracked through Shopify (Faire, Flip, Michaels), while others like Target require custom reconciliation (we'll show you how).

Stripe: Artelo uses Stripe for collecting payments (for both production and shipping). You should know how to handle multi-service revenue and COGS allocations.

Amazon Sales: Currently, not imported through A2X. Our old bookkeeper entered a single monthly summary. You should be comfortable evaluating whether we stick to this approach or shift to a more detailed method.

Inventory & COGS: You must understand how to account for inventory and COGS correctly across different product lines and platforms. Experience with manufacturing or print-on-demand accounting is a plus.

Qualifications
- Expert-level QuickBooks Online experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting, including Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and marketplaces
- Ability to analyze and improve the chart of accounts
- Experience with Stripe reconciliations and payment mapping
- Familiarity with inventory and COGS accounting
- Experience handling multiple revenue channels and manual imports (especially in the absence of A2X)
- Self-directed and communicative—able to ask the right questions, flag inconsistencies, and propose better workflows

Available for immediate start and able to complete the two-month catch-up efficiently
