Junior Bookkeeper

My business is growing, and I'm looking for a detail-obsessed, efficiency-loving Junior Bookkeeper to join the team.

???? The Role
As our Junior Bookkeeper, you'll be in the nitty gritty of client books tracking transactions, reconciling accounts, entering payroll, and making sure the financial data is accurate, timely, and squeaky clean.

You'll work directly in QuickBooks Online, Keeper, and ClickUp, so comfort with cloud-based tools is key. Most of the work is behind the scenes (no client calls unless we ask), but your accuracy and attention to detail will be what makes our client-facing reports shine.

This is a part-time position with potential to grow as we grow.

???? What You'll Be Doing
Categorizing and entering transactions in QBO

Reconciling bank and credit card accounts

Recording payroll entries (from Gusto, ADP, etc.)

Keeping financial data accurate and up to date

Flagging anything weird, wonky, or suspicious in the books

Using Keeper to stay organized and ClickUp to manage tasks

? What We're Looking For
1 year of bookkeeping experience (internship, freelance, or formal job)

Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online

Comfort with payroll entries and recurring transactions

High accuracy and strong attention to detail (like, freakishly good)

Reliable, responsive, and organized — you get things done without babysitting

Experience with Keeper and ClickUp is a bonus (but not required)
