Key Responsibilities
Manage Full-Cycle Bookkeeping for Law Firms:
Take charge of all bookkeeping operations for multiple legal clients, ensuring their financial records are precise, organized, and audit-ready.

Clio QBO Integration & Expertise:
Leverage your experience with Clio (law firm practice management) and QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate, seamless workflows—from client trust reconciliations to invoice management and compliance.

File Clean-Up & Maintenance:
Transform disorganized books into clear, compliant systems that meet both business and legal requirements—giving clients peace of mind and freeing them up to focus on their practice.

Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with our internal team and clients to guarantee quality deliverables, on time, every time. Your insights will help us spot gaps early and provide proactive solutions.

Reporting for Growth:
Deliver clear, actionable financial reporting that enables law firm owners to make informed decisions about their business, supporting both growth and operational confidence.

Workflow & Process Optimization:
Help us improve processes and introduce efficiencies that make everyone's job easier—including yours.

Potential to Mentor or Manage:
Depending on experience, you may help train and support junior bookkeepers, contributing to our culture of excellence.

Who We're Looking For
5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping, including law firm clients

Significant experience with both Clio and QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Experience with Keeper (or willingness to learn fast)

Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and driving results

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for spotting discrepancies before they become issues

Strong communication—able to explain complex financials in simple terms, building trust with both clients and colleagues

Available and responsive during 9AM–5PM Pacific time

Bonus Points If You:
Have trained or led a bookkeeping team

Know how to identify and implement automation to streamline repetitive tasks

Are comfortable in a client-facing advisory role, providing recommendations beyond the numbers
