Summary
Provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to the Group II President. Manages executive schedules, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Oversees select hospitality and business units, ensuring smooth workflow, timely project completion, and compliance with reporting and strategic planning requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As Executive Secretary
- Manage the President's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Handle office management, documentation, filing, and communication.
- Organize events, conferences, and travel arrangements (business/personal).
- Ensure confidentiality and handle financial and administrative errands.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and business partners professionally.
As Executive Assistant
- Oversee planning, reporting, and compliance for assigned business units.
- Monitor implementation of directives and completion of projects/events.
- Coordinate resources and ensure efficient workflows.
- Participate in training, CSR, and company-wide activities.
- Manage confidential data and ensure information security.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - Experience:
5+ years in hotel or similar industry; experience reporting to executive or "C-level" management.
Work Details
- Schedule:
40 hours/week (Mon–Fri), on-call as needed. - Coverage:
Personal, household, civic, and hospitality-related affairs of the Group II President.
