Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Management CommitteeJob Summary:

The Special Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Management Committee (ManCom), ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives, effective communication, and timely follow-up on key matters. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and very fluent English, both written and verbal, for internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the schedules, calendars, and appointments of the Management Committee members.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence in perfect English.
  • Organize meetings, board sessions, and management events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Management Committee and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread emails, memos, letters, and other official communications with high proficiency in English.
  • Facilitate follow-ups and timely completion of tasks assigned by the Management Committee.
  • Project & Task Management
  • Assist in coordinating strategic projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries to support decision-making.
  • Monitor ongoing initiatives and provide status updates to the Management Committee.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Represent the Management Committee in a professional manner when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform special projects or assignments as directed by the Management Committee.
  • Ensure seamless support for ad-hoc tasks requiring excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or management committees.
  • Very fluent in English (spoken and written) – able to draft professional documents and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
