Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of documents and reports for accreditation purposes.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative units in gathering data and evidence to support accreditation activities.
  • Monitor compliance with institutional, regulatory, and accrediting bodies' standards.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance files, databases, and records.
  • Support the conduct of internal quality assurance evaluations, trainings, orientations, and workshops.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance during accreditation visits and audits.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in accreditation processes and quality assurance in an academic institution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital documentation systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
