About the role

Anasazi Security is seeking an experienced Security Camera Monitoring professional to join our growing team in Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for monitoring our clients' security camera systems, ensuring the safety and security of their premises.

What you'll be doing

  1. Continuously monitor security camera feeds to detect and report any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
  2. Respond to alerts and alarms, and coordinate with security personnel or law enforcement as needed
  3. Maintain detailed records of all incidents and security camera system performance
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with security camera equipment
  5. Provide regular reports to clients on the status of their security systems
  6. Assist with the installation and configuration of new security camera systems as required

What we're looking for

  1. experience in security camera monitoring or a related field is ideal
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant and focused for extended periods
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly assess and respond to security incidents
  4. Proficiency in using security camera monitoring software and various video surveillance technologies
  5. A keen interest in the security industry and a commitment to ensuring the safety and protection of our clients
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with on-site personnel
