Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter.

-Patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.

-Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and report them to management or law enforcement if necessary.

-Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor entries.

-Enforce building rules, regulations, and safety policies.

-Assist tenants, employees, and visitors with security-related concerns.

-Operate surveillance cameras and other security equipment.

-Coordinate with emergency services during fire, medical, or security situations.

-Perform routine inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper security.

Qualifications:

-Strong observational and communication skills.

-Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in stressful situations.

-Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.

-Knowledge of basic security and fire prevention procedures.

-Must be trustworthy, reliable, and professional at all times.
