Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze security camera footage to gather evidence of incidents.
  • Actively monitor multiple security cameras remotely using company systems.
  • Dispatch police or fire services in the U.S. when necessary.
  • Use maps to determine the location of cameras across various properties.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email when required.
  • Sit for extended periods with scheduled breaks.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email platforms, general internet use, and computer systems.
  • IMPORTANT:
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule—including holidays, weekends, and night shifts.
  • This is
    not
    a work-from-home position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in the security field (preferred but not required).
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills (required).
  • Full-time availability, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have a clean criminal background and be free from illicit drug use.
  • Must be able to work without access to cell phones or social media during the entire shift.
  • All personal electronic devices must be secured in employee lockers.
  • A landline is available for emergency contact by family members.
  • Must undergo pre-employment testing to assess critical thinking, attention to detail, and other relevant competencies.
  • Online testing will be conducted during the interview process.
