Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of work-related experience in Procurement Management and Basic Bookkeeping
  • With experience in sourcing and procurement of construction equipment and materials is a MUST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Procurement Officer

  • Receives and keeps track of all requests of the company for equipment, services, materials, and supplies;
  • Canvass equipment, services, materials, and supplies from the different suppliers and present a comprehensive Price Comparative Report and negotiations;
  • Maintains an updated List of various and detailed materials, tools, equipment, and their corresponding canvas costs and purchase prices;
  • Monitors and coordinates with suppliers to ensure availability and on-time delivery of materials/tools and equipment;
  • Sourcing of a supplier for equipment rentals / special materials;
  • Monitoring and updating of the procurement plan;
  • Coordinate on the update of the schedule of activity for special materials needed;
  • Updates on the delivery of materials as per the material request;
  • Validate the appropriate suppliers as applicable to the materials requirement.
  • Support the logistics needs of the organization, including transportation of employees (land, sea, and air);
  • Bookkeeping tasks;
  • Ensure implementation, evaluation, and improvement of QMS related to your functions are being regularly monitored.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
