Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager - Sales, located in Pasig with some remote work possible. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the multimedia or investment management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
