Key responsibilities

  • Provide personalised skincare consultations to clients, assessing their unique skin concerns and objectives
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and regimens based on clients' individual needs
  • Educate clients on the proper use and benefits of various skincare ingredients and formulations
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements
  • Assist with product demonstrations and in-store promotional activities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the skincare department by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Passion for skincare and a deep understanding of dermatological principles and product formulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
