Marketing Coordinator and Content Specialist

Location: Cebu City, Philippines (Hybrid after 2 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Operations & Content Specialist who is both analytical and creative. This role is ideal for someone who can execute marketing tasks with precision while also producing clear, engaging, and high-performing content.

You will sit at the core of the marketing department—supporting daily execution, keeping documentation accurate, optimizing product listings, and producing content across multiple platforms.

A background in Amazon listings, ecommerce operations, customer support, or even being an avid Amazon shopper who understands the ordering process is a strong advantage.

If you are a fast learner, have strong writing skills, and can balance creativity with structure and discipline, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Daily Operations

• Execute planned marketing activities including posting schedules, listing updates, and campaign rollouts.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Lead on SEO, content, and advertising tasks.
• Manage and maintain content calendars, posting schedules, and version-controlled updates.
• Assist in competitor monitoring and keyword trend updates.

Amazon Listings, Ecommerce Support & Product Content

• Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings, product descriptions, and variations.
• Support listing visibility through keyword tagging, basic A+ content preparation, and compliance checks.
• Apply Amazon customer journey awareness to improve listing clarity and appeal.
• Assist with catalog organization, product categorization, and ecommerce data cleanup.

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Produce high-quality content such as:
• Product descriptions
• Ad copy
• Social media posts
• Blog articles
• Website content
• Email sequences
• Create simple graphic and video materials using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Assist in basic video editing (short clips, cuts, simple narratives).

SEO Support & Link Building

• Support link-building initiatives including:
• Blog directory submissions
• Guest posting coordination
• Backlinks tracking
• Outreach template execution
• Conduct basic keyword research for SEO and content planning.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices (headings, formatting, metadata, keyword placement).

Reporting, Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain organized marketing trackers (content calendar, asset library, link tracker, listing tracker).
• Generate weekly performance updates on content output, listings, blogs, and link-building progress.
• Assist with compliance checks across Amazon, Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency before publishing.

AI and Automation

Use tools like ChatGPT to:

• Draft content
• Generate listing templates
• Create copy variations
• Support documentation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks through AI tools, spreadsheets, and templates.

Who We're Looking For?

Required Qualifications

• Background in Amazon listings, ecommerce operations, customer service involving product listings, or familiarity as an active Amazon shopper who deeply understands the ordering process.
• Basic experience in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills — able to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding product information accuracy.
• Fast learner with motivation to master new tools and marketing platforms.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and following structured workflows with checklists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
