- Performs physic-chemical analysis on all starting materials and finished produced of GSPI
- Prepares all necessary chemicals, reagents, solutions etc. to be used for the analysis of starting materials and finished products.
- Conducts Method Verification/Validation Activity on all drug products.
- Assists the Quality Assurance department in all validation activities.
- Generates reports on test results (raw materials, In-process samples and finished products).
- Conducts the daily calibration of weighing scales and other equipment.
- Ensures that all logbooks such as equipment usage logbooks, receiving samples logbook etc. are properly filled-up and updated.
- Ensure all safety equipment in the laboratory are properly kept and monitored for emergency usage.
- Prepares the Certificate of Analysis to be approved by the QC Supervisor.
- Monitors and updates the chemical inventory. Coordinates with the Pollution Control Officer for the safe disposal of chemical wastes.
- Ensures all chemicals, reagents, solutions etc. are properly labeled and identified.
- Ensures all chemicals (Opened and Unopened) are properly kept in its designated storage cabinets.
- Ensures the good housekeeping of laboratory area.
- Perform other related duties as maybe assigned
