Responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to ensure that the department's operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Serves as the Department's liaison
- Provides clerical assistance to the Department.
- Ensures required reports are submitted.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Responsible for helping company's Events and Exhibits.
- Assists managers of the unit in the Regulatory Department
- Prepare quotations for all product requirements of clients
- Prepare transmittals, billings and invoices as per requirement.
- Provide quality customer service to regular customers and inquiries.
- Prepares record of transmittal of documents.
- Prepare documents for submission to FDA
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Nursing, Pharmacology.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications; Must have advance/intermediate MS Excel skills
- Highly organized, keen to details, flexible and self-motivated
- Knowledge in Regulatory - Pharma Company Operations
- Can start asap will be prioritized
- Willing to work on site in Mandaluyong
