JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Claims and Admin Manager to lead our crew benefits administration. This role is responsible for managing medical, insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a small team, and collaborating with providers and stakeholders to support crew welfare.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and administer crew benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with government and maritime regulations
  • Manage claims, vendor contracts, and provider relationships
  • Lead benefits team and conduct training sessions
  • Maintain accurate benefit records and reporting
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in crew benefits, preferably maritime
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and admin tools
