Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize all documents needed for the application and renewal of permits and licenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to secure project-related permits.
  • Work closely with government agencies such as LGUs and DUs to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Submit and monitor applications to relevant government offices and other entities.
  • Consolidate documentary requirements through collaboration with operations, project development, and admin teams.
  • Clarify and confirm submission requirements with clients and agencies to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory compliance, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
  • Experience dealing with government agencies and managing regulatory documentation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tracking tools is a plus.
  • A flexible and resourceful mindset, especially when working under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when needed.
