This role is also known as a Partner Development Representative (PDR) and will primarily support customers and partners across the APAC region.

What You'll Do
  • Generate demand through joint campaigns, events, and proactive prospecting
  • Build and qualify ISV pipelines and deliver on quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with partners and field reps to nurture opportunities to close
  • Conduct extensive research to identify account insights, workloads, and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer challenges and map them to the right cloud solutions
  • Use repeatable sales plays and refine pitches based on real customer conversations
  • Present high-level business and technical messaging to prospects
  • Maintain CRM hygiene with timely and accurate updates
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Partners, and Marketing
  • Educate field teams on ISV offerings tailored to industry-specific use cases
  • Pitch opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential customers
  • Support and drive ISV go-to-market (GTM) strategy across APAC
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Client services or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Cloud solutions is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of cloud computing and emerging technologies
  • 3+ years' experience in technology sales, inside sales, partner management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline or revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills for account intelligence and opportunity discovery
  • Familiarity with foundational cloud technologies (network, compute, database, virtualization, etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present GTM strategies
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing complex pipelines
