Senior Business Development Representative

This role is also known as a Partner Development Representative (PDR) and will primarily support customers and partners across the APAC region.
What You'll Do- Generate demand through joint campaigns, events, and proactive prospecting
- Build and qualify ISV pipelines and deliver on quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with partners and field reps to nurture opportunities to close
- Conduct extensive research to identify account insights, workloads, and key stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges and map them to the right cloud solutions
- Use repeatable sales plays and refine pitches based on real customer conversations
- Present high-level business and technical messaging to prospects
- Maintain CRM hygiene with timely and accurate updates
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Partners, and Marketing
- Educate field teams on ISV offerings tailored to industry-specific use cases
- Pitch opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential customers
- Support and drive ISV go-to-market (GTM) strategy across APAC
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Client services or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Google Cloud solutions is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing and emerging technologies
- 3+ years' experience in technology sales, inside sales, partner management, or related fields
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline or revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills for account intelligence and opportunity discovery
- Familiarity with foundational cloud technologies (network, compute, database, virtualization, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present GTM strategies
- Experience using CRM tools and managing complex pipelines
