ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Taguig. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help the Company attract, assess, and hire qualified talent. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience, while ensuring recruitment activities align with company policies, timelines, and hiring needs. The position works closely with hiring managers to support business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower request to job offer and onboarding handoff
• Post job openings across various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, internal channels)
• Source and screen candidates through resume review, phone screening, and initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate and negotiate with headhunters and external recruitment agencies as needed
• Assist in administering assessments, background checks, and reference checks
• Prepare and process hiring documentation (offer letters, contracts, pre-employment requirements)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant databases
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives as needed
• Support onboarding activities by coordinating with HR and relevant stakeholders
• Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Perform operational support to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Complete other tasks deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the Immediate Superior

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or any related field
• 1–2 years of experience
  in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role (internship experience is acceptable)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to handle candidate and employee information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Experience using KAMI or HRIS is a plus
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
