Responsibilities

  • Film short-form content
  • Collaborate with our in-house team of video editor, graphic designer, media buyer, and project manager
  • Plan and schedule content using publishing tools (TikTok Studio, Meta Business Suite, YouTube's publishing tool)
  • Research trends and quickly adapt them into brand/client-friendly content
  • Develop content strategies—content calendars, themes, repeatable series aligned with brand goals
  • Engage with audiences through replies, comments, and interactions to spark conversations and grow loyal communities
  • Track and report performance metrics: views, watch time, engagement; and for some campaigns, conversions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating and managing short-form content for TikTok, IG Reels, FB, or YouTube Shorts
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, Gen Z culture, and platform algorithms
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Highly organized and consistent in delivering content on schedule
  • Experience with analytics and scheduling tools
  • Must own a dog (we're serious—our office is dog-friendly)
