• Performing audits on operations and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance


• Preparing comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement


• Assists/ support in the development and/or enhancement and implementation of audit policies and procedures


• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and industry regulations


• Contributing to the continuous enhancement of the bank's audit practices


• Conducting regular audits and reviews to assess the bank's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies


• Staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory landscape and industry best practices

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with at least 1 year of experience in external auditing preferably within the banking or financial services industry and experience in compliance or risk management; strong understanding of audit principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements; proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and report writing; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations; and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
