Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Marketing & Community Engagement Intern to work directly under our Community Management Lead.

This position is a 3-month internship with a monthly allowance provided. Exceptional performance may lead to part-time employment opportunities

Mission

To drive Artillery Philippines' growth through community engagement, enhancing our social media presence, and cultivating strong relationships with customers, affiliates, and ambassadors through creative and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Learn

  • Fundamental marketing concepts (Buyer Personas, Marketing Funnels, Buyer Journey, etc.)
  • Essential copywriting skills
  • Effective social media strategies
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools like Later
  • Community engagement and relationship building techniques
  • Project management fundamentals

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage concurrent projects
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with TikTok Affiliates and Brand Ambassadors
  • Identify and recruit monthly TikTok Affiliates/Brand Ambassadors for video content creation
  • Track and evaluate affiliate and ambassador performance metrics
  • Coordinate product shipments to affiliates and ambassadors for timely campaign execution
  • Manage TikTok Affiliates Revenue stream
  • Support sharing of tagged stories and promotional content
  • Develop and publish engaging daily stories
  • Manage content scheduling and posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Actively engage with our community across multiple Facebook groups and social media accounts
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics
