The Restaurant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the newly opened Japanese restaurant located at Valley Golf Country Club in Antipolo

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery services
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor kitchen and service team performance to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Ensure consistent execution of menu items and presentation standards

Customer Experience

  • Oversee customer service and handle guest concerns or complaints
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed

Staff Leadership & Training

  • Create and manage shift schedules and staff rosters
  • Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work culture

Sales & Profitability

  • Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Monitor food and labor costs and control operational expenses
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
  • Review financial reports, daily sales, and cash handling

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Track usage and minimize food wastage
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and monitor expiry dates
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic financial reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible with work hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • preferably residing within antipolo , cainta or nearby areas
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
