Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the newly opened Japanese restaurant located at Valley Golf Country Club in Antipolo
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery services
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor kitchen and service team performance to maintain quality and efficiency
- Ensure consistent execution of menu items and presentation standards
Customer Experience
- Oversee customer service and handle guest concerns or complaints
- Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed
Staff Leadership & Training
- Create and manage shift schedules and staff rosters
- Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work culture
Sales & Profitability
- Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
- Monitor food and labor costs and control operational expenses
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Review financial reports, daily sales, and cash handling
Inventory & Cost Control
- Track usage and minimize food wastage
- Ensure proper stock rotation and monitor expiry dates
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible with work hours (including weekends and holidays)
- preferably residing within antipolo , cainta or nearby areas
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
