DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and servers.
  • Train staff on food preparation techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to hygiene standards and health regulations.
  • Oversee meal preparation and service, ensuring food quality and presentation meet customer expectations.
  • Plan menus based on dietary needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper storage of food and beverages.
  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste management to stay within budget.
  • Maintain records of daily operations, including expenses and inventory usage.
  • Create cost-effective menus that maximize profits while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and service of food for events, banquets, or special occasions.
  • Collaborate with event planners or clients to ensure seamless catering operations.
  • Coordinate timing, logistics, and staffing for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
