  • Conduct regular safety inspections
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of emergencies
  • Manage the financial aspects of the terminal
  • Oversee the logistics of bus schedules, route planning, and terminal operations
  • Coordinate with bus companies, drivers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that the terminal facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition
