As a
Team Lead in the Collections Department,
you will guide and motivate a team to exceed performance targets, foster open communication, and deliver exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and leading with integrity.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Shifting (9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday)

Work setup: Hybrid, Cebu City

Salary: PHP 60,000.00 with Up to 20k performance based incentives

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leade
  r
• Proven background in a BPO environment
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership that influences and inspires
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and decision-making in fast-paced settings
• Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Your Daily Tasks

• Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication
• Set clear goals and expectations for your team
• Motivate and drive the team toward monthly targets
• Serve as the point of support for team challenges
• Lead coaching sessions and conduct team meetings
• Monitor team performance, manage underperformance, and report on KPI metrics
• Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
