The Team Lead will manage a team of analysts and senior analysts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. The role includes guiding the team on loan procedures and supporting their overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 12–20 associates.
  • Monitor daily production, share updates, and provide quality and productivity tips.
  • Motivate the team through recognition, coaching, and team-building.
  • Manage pipeline and ensure SLA targets are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with managers, Quality Review, and Performance teams.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team huddles.
  • Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to address team questions and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Set clear timelines and targets for performance.
  • Train and develop team members to maximize their skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • College Graduate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as a TL handling financial/billing account
  • Ability to lead a team of associates
  • Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership + client.
  • Must be able to coach to effective sales pitch practices, and lead the team by example and experience (rather than by definition)
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu City or Mandaue City
  • Start date will be on September 2025

Compensation Package:

  • Up to Php 44,300 Package
  • HMO with 1 free dependent (upon onboarding)
  • Life Insurance (upon onboarding)
  • SL & VL – 10 each
