  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food processing, poultry, or FMCG industry.
  • Has Strong leadership, communication, decision-making skills, Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools
  • Competent with leadership and Team Management, Production Planning and Control, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
  • Awareness with Food Safety and Quality, Resource and Time Management, and Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • WILLING TO WORK IN TIAONG, QUEZON (JCPC)

Job Description:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily toll DC operations in the production area to ensure that dressed chicken products and related outputs are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The role ensures that production targets are met, resources are optimized, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards are strictly implemented.

  • Collaborate with Toll DC Partner in Supervising the day-to-day production activities to achieve target outputs in quantity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Verify the compliance of the Toll DC Partner in maintaining the integrity of machine/equipment performance.
  • Together with Toll DC Partner, enforce compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address product quality issues.
  • Organize shift schedules and manage manpower allocation.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to production staff on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control usage of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies to reduce wastage.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts in coordination with the supply chain, warehouse and accounting department.
  • Implement 5S and proper housekeeping in all production areas.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
  • Report operational performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
