  • Knowledge with Demand Forecasting and Planning, Inventory and Stock Management, Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
  • With good analytical Thinking and Decision-Making, has attention to Detail and Accuracy, Knowledge of Poultry Processing Operations
  • WILLING TO WORK IN TIAONG, QUEZON (JCPC)

Job Description:

The Warehouse Asst. Supervisor aid warehouse activities within the Dressing Plant Operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, issuance, and inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and ISO Quality standards (if applicable). The position requires effective supervision of warehouse man or issuance personnel to support smooth plant operations, minimize losses, and ensure product quality and safety

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of packaging materials, and Dressed Chicken finished products.
  • Check accuracy of stock movement transactions in line with production and sales requirements.
  • Implement proper inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and handling procedures to prevent spoilage, contamination, or damage.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and Logistics teams to ensure timely supply of materials and efficient delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, stock cards, and system entries.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in monthly/quarterly physical inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, FSMS, ISO 9001, and company policies.
  • Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control in all warehouse areas.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required records and documentation. Monitor warehouse personnel to maintain high performance and adherence to safety/quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
