About You and the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our bank to new clients—actively identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering solutions that matter.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field calls.
  • Present and sell a full range of banking products: deposits, cash management, bancassurance, loans, and more.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed your acquisition targets.
  • Cross-sell and upsell banking solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and competitive offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies.

Qualifications We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
