Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, handle feedback, and drive customer engagement through events and promotions.
  • Operational Strategy: Oversee daily operations, meet sales targets, develop menus, and implement efficiency measures.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze sales, and forecast future performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Report store performance and key updates to project managers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in food/beverage (1+ year in a supervisory role).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Café/barista experience preferred.
