Duties and Responsibilit**

ies:An exceptional Bid Specialist is customer-centric, analytical and results-oriented with a strong understanding the client program or team needs within their service delivery area. Additionally, the Bid Specialist

  • has:Build, review, format, and proof PowerPoint sales presentati
  • ons.Conduct internet research on sales targets and prospe
  • cts.Provide high-touch customer service to support the Business Development team throughout the sales cy
  • cle.Coordinate development, finalization, and submission of RFIs and R
  • FPs.Develop, proof, edit, format, and create proposals and presentations (PowerPoint or Word documents) used in the sales proc
  • ess.Research, analyze, and report information related to prospective accounts. Information includes company demographics, events, press releases, and leadership/employee informat
  • ion.Update and maintain core content library, such as case studies and country overvi

ews.
