Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually captivating content paired with persuasive copy to maximize audience engagement.
  • Ideate and produce original, platform-optimised content that aligns with brand strategies and objectives across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Write engaging and persuasive copy, distilling complex topics into easily digestible narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Conduct SEO research, cross-referencing and verification with internal stakeholders and/or subject experts to ensure factual accuracy of published content.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to localise content and copy for specific markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, current events, and cultural moments to craft timely and relevant content.
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to optimise content strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Public Relations or related Communications field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation
  • Proven experience in creating content for multiple social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of the nuances of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for accuracy, detail, and brand voice.
  • Creative flair for crafting compelling content that drives conversations and engagement.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
