The Creative Writer (Events-Focused) is a cross-functional role responsible for developing impactful event communications while actively contributing to client-facing pitches and program leadership. Beyond writing scripts and collaterals, the role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to spearhead event programs in collaboration with Accounts Executives and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write event scripts, program flows, host spiels, AVPs, and collaterals.
  • Craft copy for campaign materials, social media captions, and decks.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to align storytelling with design concepts.
  • Pitch concepts and campaign ideas directly to clients, presenting decks with clarity and confidence.
  • Spearhead and lead program segments during planning and execution, ensuring creative consistency.
  • Support Accounts Executives in building proposals with strong storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Ensure all event-related communications reflect the client's brand voice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of creative writing/copywriting experience (preferably events/agency background).
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in pitching and presenting to clients.
  • Ability to adapt tone across brands and event types.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with Accounts and Events teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php50,000.00 per month
