RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for conducting specialized trainings for employees
  • Responsible for the effective conceptualization, development, coordination, and implementation of training and learning interventions
  • Responsible for logistical and coordination requirements for all assigned trainings
  • Responsible for conducting training needs analysis and devising training modules

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations Communication, Education or its equivalent
  • With at least 3 years work experience in training facilitation
  • Ability to communicate/function and interact effectively across levels of staff including senior managers
  • Experience and exposure on e-learning tools and processes is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic with a positive, optimistic personality
  • Able to build trusting relationships with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Proven organizational skills, works well individually and with teams, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
  • Can multi- task and able to work in a fast paced work environment
