Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations while upholding GO BENTO's service and quality standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a high level of performance and teamwork
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness are consistently excellent
  • Manage inventory, labor, and food costs efficiently
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of managerial experience is a plus, preferably in Japanese or Asian dining
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operations
  • Food Safety Certification is an advantage
