Sales Executive
The Sales Executive in the paint industry will play a key role in expanding our market share by identifying potential clients, selling our specialized paint products, and providing exceptional service. This position involves a mix of customer relationship management, strategic planning, and sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
What you'll be doing
Promote our solar reflective paint in the Philippines.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the paint industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide technical and product expertise to clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competition.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
What we're looking for
- must have atleast 3 years of experience in Sales in Paint industry
- College graduate
- must have a valid Driving License
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the paint or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills and technologies
